A LETTER FROM ME
Dear Parents,
Congratulations! Preparing for the arrival of your little angel is certainly an exciting time in your life, and I am thrilled to be able to serve you throughout the remainder of your pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I have completed the DONA International approved training, and have over 15 years of ECE experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families throughout the Chicagoland area, in addition to attending labors/deliveries. I am here for you and look forward to being a part of one of the most memorable days of your life.

Prenatal Visits
INFORMATIVE AND COMPASSIONATE
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula I am committed to your health and the well being of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy. I will be there to provide you with continuous support, and answer any and all questions you may have. I look forward to creating a trusted relationship with you and your partner through multiple prenatal visits and on-call support, and empowering you to create your ideal birth experience.
Birthing Guidance
HERE FOR YOU
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed. Once you are in labor, I will remain by your side offering multiple comfort measures to to put both your body and mind at ease.
Postpartum Support
OFFERING SUPPORT
I am available following your birth to help you and your family adjust to life with your new little angel. Whether you need help with chores around the house, would like some help with older siblings and childcare, or would just like someone to care for your baby so you can get some rest or a quick shower, I am here for you!
***All births include 1 postpartum follow up visit. Additional postpartum visits can be added at an hourly rate.
